Call the restaurant. If your question is about tonight — a table, a wait, whether the kitchen is still open, an order already in — the people standing in that room answer it in seconds. Email cannot.
If you ordered through a delivery app, start with that app. Refunds, missing items and driver issues are handled on their side, and they can act where we cannot. Once that is sorted, tell us what happened so we can fix the cause.
