1. Sponsor and Administrator

The sole sponsor and administrator of this giveaway (the “Promotion”) is Sticky Rice Echo Park Inc., 1801 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026 (the “Sponsor”).

Prizes are donated by Roland Corporation U.S. (the “Prize Sponsor”). The Prize Sponsor does not administer this Promotion and does not receive entrant information.

MakeOutMusic is a promotional partner only. It helps publicize the Promotion to its own audience, does not administer the Promotion, and does not receive or hold entrant information.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and the Prize Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

Begins Monday, August 24, 2026 at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time and ends Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are not eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form at eatstickyrice.com, or scan the QR code on signage at 1801 W Sunset Blvd during Echo Park Rising, and submit a valid email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void.

Providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages is optional, is not required to enter or win, and does not improve your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

Waza Craft pedal models will be selected by the Prize Sponsor from the current Waza Craft line, subject to availability. Approximate retail values are based on typical US retail at the time these Rules were published.

Prizes are available for pickup only at Sticky Rice, 1801 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026. Prizes are awarded “as is,” are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, September 1, 2026 from among all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry within two (2) business days of the drawing, and must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) calendar days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Claim

Prizes must be claimed in person at Sticky Rice, 1801 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, or by arrangement with the Sponsor, by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly listed as part of a prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sticky Rice Echo Park Inc. and handled in accordance with its privacy policy. Entrant information is not sold, and is not shared with MakeOutMusic or the Prize Sponsor.

Entering this Promotion is not the same as consenting to receive marketing messages. Marketing consent is collected separately and optionally on the entry form, and may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any text message.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Prize Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

13. Platform Release

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or DICE. Entrants understand they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any of those platforms.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a written request to Sticky Rice Echo Park Inc., 1801 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, by December 1, 2026.
